Biography
Michael Allen Kotkowski of Ravenna passed away Sunday May 31, 2009 at the Cleveland Clinic. He was born June 4, 1981 in East Liverpool, Ohio. Mike has been a Portage County resident most of his life, he attended Crestwood Schools and was a member of St. Joseph's Church in Mantua, Ohio. His occupation was a laborer. He enjoyed Karaoking, singing, horses and was very passionate about his Children and his family. Michael is survived by his four children Calli, Christopher, Camryn, Michael, his fiance' Brittany Davis, his mothers Cindy (Wade) Weyand, Alice (Charlie) Moore, his father Ronald (Barb) Kotkowski, his siblings Missy Kotkowski, Elizabeth Kotkowski, Tiffany Johnson, Melinda Johnson, Randy (Tiffany) Norman, Ben (Cheryl) Kotkowski, his grandparents Rita Kotkowski, Linda Duke and Pam and Pete Genos.
