Biography
Mr. Gilseth


Virgel Dean Gilseth of Lampasas died Jan. 5, 2007, at Danville, Vt. He was 22.
Funeral services were Jan. 10 at Sneed Funeral Chapel in Lampasas with the Rev. Bernard Shea officiating. Burial was at Oak Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Gilseth was born Dec. 24, 1984, to Eugene O. Gilseth and Ramona Hamilton Gilseth.
He had lived in Lampasas where he attended school since the third grade.
Mr. Gilseth was a member of Boy Scout Troop 99 and St. Mary's Episcopal Church, both in Lampasas. He graduated from Challenger High School in 2003.
Mr. Gilseth was a farrier in Vermont.
He is survived by his mother and her husband, Ramona and Shan Green, of Blanket; his father, Eugene O. Gilseth, and Dawn Reynolds, of Kempner; brothers, Jeff Gilseth and Travis Gilseth, both of Lampasas, David Long, of Kempner, Kory Green and Kevin Green, both of Brownwood, and Brandon Larrabee, of St. Johnsbury, Vt.; sisters, Angela Long, of Kempner, and Ashley Larrabee, of St. Johnsbury; grandparents, Freda Gayheart, of Lawrenceburg, Ky., Roscoe & Dottie Hamilton, of Wilmington, Ohio, Obert and Evonne Gilseth, of Kempner, and Richard and Terri Larrabee, of West Danville; an aunt, Shirley Wimett, of Odessa, and two uncles, Robert Hamilton, of Dayton, Ohio, and Greg Gilseth, of Kempner.
