Chuck
To meet Chuck was to like Chuck.
We did immediately!
And his precious wife,
Could there be greater kindness.
As a couple they represented
The church…
Not in its haughtiness
But in it's reality.
Two separate people came together as one,
Shared the joys of a sacred relationship,
And surmounted their struggles together.
Chuck knew His Lord
and in that assurance
Chuck loved his wife,
Raised a family,
Supported his community,
And made a difference for eternity.
Chuck was fun,
Chuck was generous,
Chuck was macho,
Chuck was smart.
His subtle sense of humor
Challenged ones thinking.
Chuck is home now!!! A place we all desire to be.
We will see this dear man once again,
In God's perfect timing and for His glory-
What a day that will be!!!
