Norm was always trying to perfect his golf stroke... always wondering if there was something else that could be done to achieve the perfect stroke! From new golf clubs, placing the ball a little further away when he swung at the ball... he always strived for perfection!

Norm loved kids... ALL kids!!  AND, they love HIM! Norm had a passion for leadership having learned the truth of the maxim “everything rises and falls on leadership”.  He was frequently heard saying “It’s all about the kids”, and positively influenced many students by coaching both basketball and golf.
