I've only had a few opportunities to meet Alberto during my college years and early professional career. I, being a man who grew up without a father, was privilaged to see for the first time what a father looked like when I met Alberto and saw how much he loved and cared for his kids. That left a lasting impression on me and planted the first roots in my mind of the kind of father I wanted to be "when I grew up." As a father now of two beautiful children, I think about Alberto, the love and emotion he showed his children, and the succesful children he raised. I hope to follow in those footsteps and will perpetually hold Alberto as the father-figure and example of manhood that I never had. Que Dios te bendiga Don Alberto. - Miguel

I've known Alberto as long as I've known Pito. This goes way back to 1984. Alberto was a great man who always brought a smile to my face. I will always remember how he would pick us up and take us to the movies when we were kids. I will always remember the time we all went down to the city to watch the fireworks for the 4th pf July. Alberto was always smiles and a very smart man who tried to raise his children the best way he could. And he did a great job. I am happy that I was able to return the favor by taking him out to a nice dinner a couple of years ago. If there's one thing I've learned from Alberto, it's that life is short and that you should always smile and keep your head high. Alberto, thanks for all the great memories, you will be missed. May you rest in peace! God Bless You.
